The GMD 2810 / 3110 / 3510 LIFT-CONTROL® mowers with cutting widths ranging from 2.67 – 3.51m have the technical improvements that ensure a good cut to deliver forage free from contamination due to improved contour following, better control of cutting height, and greater friendliness. All the models are equipped with LIFT CONTROL® hydro-pneumatic suspension, NON-STOP safety device, built in hydraulic lift and the new OPTIDISC® cutter-bar.

The comprehensive GMD 240, 280 and 310 Series Multidisc mower range with cutting widths ranging from 2.4m, to 3.1m caters for both small farmers with low horse power requirements and the requirements of the larger farmers who demand a combination of features, operating ease and productivity. The feature of this range over that of the 10 Series range is the improved cutter bar. Each disc bearing station can be removed individually to reduce down time for repairs. KUHN basic model disc mowers have been renewed with the arrival of the GMD 16 – 20 – 24 and 28, featuring respective working widths of 1.60m, 2m and 2.40m.

The feature of this range over that of the ‘Select’ range is the improved cutter bar. Each disc bearing station can be removed individually to reduce down time for repairs.

This range is designed for small or medium-sized farms wanting to invest in a simple, reliable product which will allow them to harvest clean highly nutritional forage, without re-cutting it and to preserve the sward for faster regrowth.
